We partnered closely with their team to transform the entire online experience, leading a full migration from WooCommerce to Shopify and delivering a redesigned site centered on usability and brand storytelling. Transitioning from an aging WooCommerce environment to Shopify was far more than a platform swap. It required a comprehensive transformation that preserved operational continuity at every step. Every product record had to transfer cleanly, without interrupting day-to-day sales. We migrated and restructured thousands of SKUs, established a tight ERP integration, and modernized the content management system. We also developed custom functionality, including multi-pass login and wishlist capabilities. The entire rollout was executed seamlessly, with no downtime and no impact on revenue.
